Gone,
The only way you need
The way you think you belong and begin to
Destroy,
Yourself and those around,
This feeling of worthlessness you maybe deserve
Made you think your darkness
Should be also mine
You’re trying harder
Pushing me down so you feel the rise
You built a wall of shame to climb it and prosper
While I’m watching with a smile
Your demise
Your slow suicide, slow suicide
Day by day,
You’re falling part by part
slow suicide, slow suicide
Day by day,
You’re dying part by part
once you’re gone we’ll be fine it’s the day we await
YOUR
DEMISE
IS WHAT
WE WANT
Slow Suicide, Slow Suicide
I could feel your face burning
I could see your soul tearing
Apart as you keep rotting
Naked behind your pungent ego
Nothing is better than watching you drowning
Your existence is just waste
Can’t wait to see it finally crowning
Your soul leaving your corpse
I'll admit I kinda wrote this off as just another modern brutal death metal album when it came out, but upon revisiting it I was happy to discover I was quite wrong. This band have, with this release, hit upon a brilliant blend of atmosphere and brutality that surprised me with every new song. Hopefully this is the record that gets them some more exposure, as they deserve it. Amanda Kauffman
It's hard to describe this one. It's brutal, it's crazy, it's kicking ass! Some weird and insane shit. It's like a punch in the face…with a Knuckelduster…by your mom…on Christmas. Sælzer Bub
I wouldnt call it blackened death but it certainly has the bleak dark atmosphere akin to Akhlys or Watain while pummeling you with pure death metal and a touch of dissonance and doominess á la Morbid Angel..it really combines almost everything i love about metal and theres not a weak spot on here..their first album was good but this is stylistically much different and a vast improvement.
