now it's just born to segregate
deformed image hallucinate
bringing the past
manipulate dark
ideas accentuate
Annihilate, innocence
anticipate, agony
Stridulate, Stridulate,
collapse my peace of mind
now it has came with destruction
installing mind complications
building a maze abomination
a never ending cycle of
mental agitation
progressive aggravation
Stridulate, Stridulate,
collapse my peace of mind
Here i am i'm playing the game
if once more i believe what i think is a shame
it will take the last part of me
leaving nothing feeding an old entity
but some how, it's still behind
me some how it's behind me
displayed in a shape i hate
once was a name
i recognize once i remember,
i had a flame
once was a place
i recognize once i remember ,
i had a flame
I'll admit I kinda wrote this off as just another modern brutal death metal album when it came out, but upon revisiting it I was happy to discover I was quite wrong. This band have, with this release, hit upon a brilliant blend of atmosphere and brutality that surprised me with every new song. Hopefully this is the record that gets them some more exposure, as they deserve it. Amanda Kauffman
It's hard to describe this one. It's brutal, it's crazy, it's kicking ass! Some weird and insane shit. It's like a punch in the face…with a Knuckelduster…by your mom…on Christmas. Sælzer Bub
I wouldnt call it blackened death but it certainly has the bleak dark atmosphere akin to Akhlys or Watain while pummeling you with pure death metal and a touch of dissonance and doominess á la Morbid Angel..it really combines almost everything i love about metal and theres not a weak spot on here..their first album was good but this is stylistically much different and a vast improvement.
